Section marking that takes seconds
A teacher marks a whole section from one roster, or marks every section present and corrects the exceptions. This is the screen most staff will use most days, so it is built for that and not for a demo.
QR and live sessions
Schools can generate a QR for a section. Colleges can open a live session with a rotating room code, an optional geofence, and device binding, where students check themselves in and anyone who never scanned is marked absent when the session closes.
Your existing biometric devices
Device events are ingested directly, including ZKTeco and eSSL webhooks, alongside face matching. You are not asked to replace hardware that works.
Corrections leave a trail
A disputed or late mark is raised as a correction ticket and resolved by someone with the authority to resolve it, rather than being quietly overwritten.
Shortage escalates on its own
Students below your minimum percentage get a weekly alert in-app and by push. Separately, an email goes to the HOD, admin, and principal on any day the institution’s rate falls under the threshold you set.
It reaches the exam hall
Examination eligibility can list the students blocked by an attendance shortfall, so the shortage is dealt with before the hall ticket, not after.

Marks a section or runs a live session; requests corrections.
HOD and principal
Receives the daily institution rate, resolves corrections, and sees who is short.
Student and parent
Sees their own or their ward’s record; parents can submit an absence note.

Every ERP demo looks complete. These are the edges of this one, stated here rather than found in month three.
- The weekly shortage alert and the daily threshold email are workflow rules — enabled per institution, with your own minimum percentage.
- RFID is used for ID cards and library circulation, not for marking attendance.
- Offline marking is a browser queue that syncs when the connection returns, not a standalone terminal.
- Staff attendance is part of the HR module rather than this one.
