your data

Xavellus builds and operates ERP for colleges and schools, and custom business software for companies, from India. For anything in this policy, write to xavellus.pvt@gmail.com.

From this website: only what you send us yourself — your name, organisation, email, phone, and anything you write in the demo form. We use those details to reply to you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no advertising, no resale.

Measurement: we count page views to see which pages are useful, using cookieless analytics. Nothing is stored on your device, no identifier follows you between sites, and the counts cannot be traced back to a person. This site sets no advertising cookies.

In the platform: the records an institution creates while running on the system — accounts, roles, attendance, fees, academic and HR records, messages, and documents. That data belongs to the institution; we process it on the institution's behalf to provide the service. Sign-in uses session cookies, which are essential and not used for tracking.

To provide and support the service, respond to enquiries, issue invoices, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use institutional records for advertising.

Data is encrypted in transit. Each institution runs in its own sealed workspace: tenant identity is checked on every request, and a user of one institution cannot reach another's data. Access within our team is limited to what operating and supporting the service requires.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform — such as hosting and email delivery — under their own confidentiality obligations, with payment processing handled by authorised payment gateways, and where the law requires it.

Institutional records are kept for as long as the institution's licence is active and are returned or deleted afterwards as its agreement sets out. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you.

If your data lives inside an institution's workspace — as a student, parent, or staff member — your institution controls it, so requests to see or correct it go to the institution first. For anything you sent us directly, email xavellus.pvt@gmail.com and we will access, correct, or delete it.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
