we work on

Xavellus provides a multi-tenant ERP for colleges and schools and custom business software for companies, delivered as a hosted service with web and mobile access. Each organisation runs in its own workspace with its own users, branding, and data.

Workspaces are created for licensed institutions, which manage their own users and roles. Account holders must keep credentials confidential and use the system only through their institution's policies. We may suspend accounts used to attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Records created inside a workspace belong to the institution that created them. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. On termination, data is returned or deleted as the licence agreement sets out.

Fees are set in each institution's written quote or licence agreement, invoiced in INR with GST as applicable, and payable through the payment methods stated on the invoice, including authorised payment gateways. Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

We operate the service with care, apply updates continuously, and support licensed institutions directly. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where it affects working hours. No online service is uninterrupted, and brief downtime does not by itself create a claim.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees paid by the institution for the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may end a licence as its agreement provides. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms that is not cured after notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
