Certificates and ID cards

The documents a school or college is obliged to produce, issued to a template and verifiable afterwards by whoever is holding the paper.

What it does

The work it actually takes off you.

The certificates you are actually asked for

Bonafide, transfer, leaving, character, and migration — requested, approved, and issued through a workflow, with rejection as an honest outcome rather than silence.

One or three hundred

Download a single certificate or a batch, update a batch’s status together, and notify students when theirs is ready to collect.

Verifiable without ringing the office

An issued certificate carries a QR. Anyone holding the document can check it against your institution on a public page, rate-limited so it cannot be crawled.

ID cards in batches

Card templates with a default, generation by program, semester, or batch, and PDF export — queued as a background job when the batch is large enough to matter.

A card has a life

Generated, printed, issued, lost, reissued — tracked, with an RFID tag recorded against the card and a reissue that can carry a fee.

Students serve themselves

A student views their own card, downloads it, and requests a reissue without a queue at the office window.

Who touches it

By role.

Straight answers

What it does not do.

Every ERP demo looks complete. These are the edges of this one, stated here rather than found in month three.

  • The certificate desk is built around school formats; college registrars may issue some documents through their own flow.
  • QR verification proves the document came from your institution. It is not a DigiLocker or government registry integration.
  • The RFID tag is recorded against the card. It is not a campus access-control system.

See certificates and id cards on your data

A demo runs this module against your own structure — your programs, your grades, your formats — rather than a sample dataset.
