The whole exam, scheduled
Colleges create the exam, schedule its sessions, allocate hall seats, and assign invigilators. Hall tickets generate as PDFs per student.
Marks entry that locks
Entry, grace marks, and then publish — with unpublish available while it is still wrong. Schools lock marks per subject or for the whole term, so a corrected sheet cannot be quietly re-corrected later.
Report cards, to your template
Schools run terms with their own grading scheme and scale, capture theory, practical, and internal components separately, and publish report cards to sections against a template that matches what you issue today.
Parents acknowledge and query
A published report card can be acknowledged by the parent and a correction requested through the app, which is a record rather than a phone call somebody remembers.
Revaluation and photocopies
College students raise revaluation requests and answer-script photocopy requests, and each is resolved in the system.
Eligibility is checked first
Attendance shortfall and unpaid fees can gate a student out of the exam, listed before the hall tickets print rather than discovered at the door.

Straight answers
What it does not do.
Every ERP demo looks complete. These are the edges of this one, stated here rather than found in month three.
- School report cards are term-based and college marksheets are semester-based. They are different documents, not one template stretched over both.
- There is no online proctored examination — the system schedules and records exams, it does not invigilate a screen.
- AI drafting of question papers is a separate optional module, not part of the results pipeline.
