A parent with three children at the school sees three wards under one account, not three logins, and a sibling admitted later joins the same account.

The opening screen is what happened today — attendance, homework, anything issued — rather than a menu to hunt through.
Attendance, results, timetable, homework
Their ward’s record, the week ahead, work set, and published report cards, which the parent can acknowledge or query with a correction request.
The fee ledger, and a way to pay it
What is due, what was paid, the receipt, and payment where online collection is configured — plus the option to raise a dispute or record a promise to pay instead of going quiet.
Absence notes go to the right teacher
A parent submits the note in the app; it reaches the class teacher as a record instead of a slip that may or may not arrive in a schoolbag.
A message thread that exists
Direct threads with the class teacher, so a question has a place to live and an answer has a history.

Every ERP demo looks complete. These are the edges of this one, stated here rather than found in month three.
- The parent portal is the mobile app. Opening it in a browser shows a signpost to the app rather than a second, half-featured portal.
- It is enabled per institution, not on by default.
- Parent logins are a school feature. College families receive notices at the guardian email held on the student record instead of an account of their own.
